NOVEMBER 10th - NOVEMBER 16th
We love Betdreaming. Why? Because we get to enjoy sports, get a little wager in and make some dosh by doing our research.
Stock markets bring all kinds of extra factors with its speculation – insider traders causing havoc with the system, short sellers creating false prices and expectations, and then one day the whole thing crashes and takes your profit and maybe even your whole bankroll with it.
That’s why we love Betdreaming. Sports investing pays at much lower risk when you know what you’re doing. You get to see much more than just the numbers changing and you reap the rewards from learning about the modern day Olympians and demi-gods that make-up the sporting world. You’re winning on all fronts and it doesn’t come much better than that!
This week we managed a respectable 60% correct prediction rate – all from football. The week began well, banking on European leagues, the Champions League and striking home with bold ‘over 2.5 goals’ bets thanks to well researched information about defensive units and key players. Only the upsets from the English Premier League stopped a clean sweep with both our calls upset by inferior teams in inferior situations. Its a funny old game they say, and no more so than in the ultra physical game played on the British Isles.
Failures and variance aside, it was still a profitable week and we look forward to the next to see where the smart money can be laid…
No Champions League means we turn our attentions elsewhere…We haven’t laid anything on the Rugby League World Cup yet, but as Australia continue to brush aside all opposition, we may still look towards a sure fire bet to add to a coupon – watch this space and the one making up Ozzie opponents safety zone! Tennis returns with the Shanghai Masters which is already looking juicy at the time of writing.
Soccer raked in the cash again this week – but with winter already here, we look at a more attractive indoor option with some mind blowing skills to boot
Fear not all you motorsports fans suffering from withdrawal as F1, MotoGP and World Superbikes take a holiday – the World Touring Car Championship still has one race to go! This time around Yvan Muller and co. set sail for Macau. Dubbed the Monte Carlo of the east, we’re hoping the race will be just as exciting as its Monaco counterpart. So for the last time this year, gentlemen, start your engines and (not for the last time surely) get betting!
We take another look at the ASP tour. It’s Beauty and the Beast this time as some of the girls chill out in the Favellas of Rio the place where many Brazilian footballing greats have come from (its not all bad though, believe us!)
